The study, conducted in September 2025 during the IV Congress of the Brazilian Society of Medical Auditing (SBAM) and in the two weeks following the event, aimed to understand the profile of Brazilian medical auditors and their perceptions regarding the activities of pharmaceutical industry market access teams, particularly in relation to discussions on health technologies. A total of 206 professionals participated in the study, the majority of whom were members of SBAM (83.6%). The questionnaire was structured into three main sections: sociodemographic and academic characteristics of the auditors, their interactions with market access teams, and their expectations regarding this relationship.
