Abstract

This study aims to use the most relevant genetic markers associated with sarcopenia and musculoskeletal health to improve the understanding of genetic predisposition to muscular, bone, and joint decline. The findings may support the development of preventive interventions and tailored therapeutic strategies for healthy aging, potentially reducing hospitalization time among older adults and decreasing the costs associated with prolonged treatments.
