The main objectives of this study were to compare the actual investment in Primary Health Care (PHC) with Integrative Health under a per capita model to the hypothetical cost under a fee-for-service (FFS) model, to correlate financial savings with age, procedure intensity, and care pathways, and to demonstrate the integration of technology (telemonitoring) and humanized practices (mind–body therapies) in improving care effectiveness.
